On or about May 13, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately seventeen (17) feet seven (7) inches, above the ground, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about May 13, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eight (8) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  c.  On or about May 13, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee engaged in roofing activities was not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eight (8) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
