This violation was most recently observed, on or about 10/18/21, at 28 & 30 Boardwalk Road in Evesham NJ: a- 30 Boardwalk Road, Eastampton NJ: An employee engaged in framing activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet 9 inches feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 10/18/21. b - 28 Boardwalk Road, Eastampton NJ: The company worksite Foreman engaged in framing and sheathing related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet 2 inches feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 10/18/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
