This violation was most recently observed, on or about  05/11/22 at 8 Pier Street in Eastampton NJ:  a-  8 Pier Street, Eastampton NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 1 inch, when walking and working from sheathing set on the top of the pitched roof of a residential structure, while utilizing a lanyard that was improperly anchored and whose length would not have prevented it from contacting the ground below had this worker fallen.  Condition noted on or about 05/11/22.  b - 8 Pier Street, Eastampton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 3 inches to the concrete floor below, when accessing and egressing the interior webbing of the residential structure from the top plates of interior walls and when walking and working from the webbing located in the lower cords of the structure's roof trusses.  At the time of their exposure, this worker was NOT using fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 05/11/22.  c - 8 Pier Street, Eastampton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet 6 inches to the concrete floor below, when walking and working from 2 x 4s and 2 x 6s, set within the ridge of roof trusses, without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 05/11/22.  d - 8 Pier Street, Eastampton NJ: Workers engaged in sheathing installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 11 feet 1 inch to the ground surface, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roof without the use of fall protection .
