29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Jobsite: 2702 Federal Street Philadelphia PA, 19146 - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting residential framing activities in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Employees were working in close proximity to the unprotected sides and edges of the roof of the three story building exposed to falls of approximately thirty feet. 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Jobsite: 2702 Federal Street Philadelphia PA, 191476 - On or about June 28, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting residential framing operations on the roof of a three story building, approximately thirty feet above the ground, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
