Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a-75-77 Somerset Drive, Suffern NY 10901: Employees engaged in roof removal sheathing activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 10/21/2021
