29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about: September 5, 2023 Location: 18 Buckingham Rd., Nanuet, NY 10954 a) Anchor plates were not installed on the ridge of the roof of a residential single-story family home for the workers to attach their ropes to. Workers were exposed to fall hazard greater than approximately 10 feet in height. Construction by Allison, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654989, citation number 002, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/30/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 88 Division Ave., Spring Valley, NY 10977.
