29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about November 18, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, eleven (11) feet two (2) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. b. On or about November 18, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations, eleven (11) feet ten (10) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. c. On or about November 18, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, ten (10) feet five (5) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
