This violation was most recently observed, on or about 12/02/21, at 57 Westmont Drive in Medford NJ:  a- 57 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working from atop a residential structure's pitched roof trusses and in excess of 8 feet to the interior flooring below when climbing through the interior webbing of roof truss frames while wearing a full body harness attached to a lanyard whose other end was not secured or attached to an anchor.   Condition observed on or about 12/02/21.  b - 57 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet to the interior flooring below, when working from inside the interior webbing of the roof truss frames while wearing a full body harness attached to a lanyard whose other end was not secured or attached to an anchor.  Condition observed on or about 12/02/21.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
