29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: All Best Contractors Corporation does not ensure that employees use appropriate fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 12/02/21, at 99 Morley Boulevard in Medford NJ: a- 99 Morley Boulevard, Medford NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 25 feet to the cement surface below outside of the structure and in excess of 8 feet to the floor inside the structure, when walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's exterior wall frames without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 12/02/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
