29 CFR  1926.502(f)(1)(i):When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge:  Salgau Roofing, Inc. - On or about December 9, 2021, at the worksite located at the NW corner of N. Summit and Locust Streets in Toledo, Ohio: The employer did not adequately protect employees from fall hazards in that the warning line system was not erected at least six feet from the unprotected edges of the roof.  Employees were exposed to an approximate ten foot fall hazard.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
