29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about January 13, 2022, at a jobsite located at 2935 South Griffins Lane, Heartland, TX; where employees were doing roofing work and cutting plywood using a Makita saw. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries. MIGUEL LANDAVERDE GALLEGOS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.102(a)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1501053, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1A THAT WAS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 19, 2020 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 809 LAUREN GROVE LANE, FORNEY, TX 75126. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS DECEMBER 16, 2020
