29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about March 5, 2025,  4 employees engaged in framing work without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 14-feet to the ground below  The Miguel Landaverde Gallegos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572630, citation number 1, item number 3  and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2935 South Griffins Lane, HEARTLAND, TX 75126..  The Miguel Landaverde Gallegos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501053, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 809 Lauren Grove Lane, FORNEY, TX 75126.  The Miguel Landaverde Gallegos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1660263, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Palouse St., Red Oak, TX 75154.
