(1st Instance)101 Wilson Ave, New Square NY: CSHO's observed employees of Maestro Contracting Inc, engaged in framing activities while using pneumatic nail guns in which employees were exposed to eye loss/eye injury due to struck by hazards as eye protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/01/2022.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a-101 Wilson Ave, New Square NY west side of residential structure: A Pettibone Model 944 Extendo rough terrain forklift was used to raise employees within a wooden box in which employees climbed from the box through a residential window exposed to fall hazards of 30 ft as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/01/2022.  b- 101 Wilson Ave, New Square NY east side residential structure third floor:  Employees engaged in framing activities while positioned on an unprotected framed edge exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not utilized.  Condition noted on or about 3/10/2022.

Condition observed on or about 03/01/2022.

Condition noted on or about 03/10/2022.
