29 CFR 1910.134(c): The respiratory protection program was not administered by a suitably trained program administrator: a) 500 Lincoln Street, York, PA 17401 - The employer's respiratory protection program identifies the Vice President of Human Resource as the program administrator, and as the program administrator, the the Vice President of Human Resources does not make decisions pertaining to the respiratory protection program, and does not monitor use and conditions of respirators in the workplace as it pertains to welders using powered air purifying respirators (PAPRs), on or about April 14, 2022.
