29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a- 6 FDR Drive, Berlin NJ: On or about 02/23/22 three company workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 5 inches feet to the ground surface below, when being raised and lowered on several sheets of OSB that rested, unsecured, on the elevated forks of a Pettibone Model # 10056, Serial Number 3505 all terrain fork truck. This piece of equipment was not specifically designed by the manufacturer to support a scaffold platform.
