29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 7 Scarlett Terrace, Manalapan NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, ranging from approximately 12 foot 4 inches to approximately 19 feet 9 inches to the cement floor below, when sliding up and down the exterior surface of roof trusses and when working from the top plate of an interior wall panel without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/22/22. b- 7 Scarlett Terrace, Manalapan NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the cement floor below when walking and working from the interior lower sections of roof trusses and interior 2 x 4 perlines without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/22/22.
