Condition observed on or about 05/25/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 34 Senator's Way, Winslow Township NJ: Workers engaged in framing and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roof without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 05/25/22. b - 34 Senator's Way, Winslow Township NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet 1 inch to the concrete floor below, when accessing and egressing interior roof truss webbing from the top plates of interior walls and when walking and working from within this webbing located in the lower cords of the structure's roof trusses . At the time of their exposure, these workers were NOT using fall protection. Condition noted on or about 05/25/22. c - 34 Senator's Way, Winslow Township NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet 1 inch to the concrete floor below, when performing roof truss modifications, roof chord cutting, etc. while standing on, walking on, and working from the lower cords within roof trusses without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 05/25/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
