29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a) 329 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512: An employee was working from the roof without eye protection and exposed to an eye injury while another employee was operating pneumatic nail guns beside him to perform framing work approximately 40 feet above the ground on or about 3/22/2022.   Majestic Builders NJ LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526026, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on  10/20/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 380 Communipaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07105.

Majestic Builders NJ LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526026, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on  10/20/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 380  Communipaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07105.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.
