29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a.) 14 Lane Ave., Caldwell, NJ  The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards.  Employees engaged in framing activities on a residential building were walking the top plate and setting the trusses and were not utilizing personal fall arrest systems or protected by any other means of fall protection, on or about August 16, 2022.  Majestic Builders NJ LLC, was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1585001, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 329 Totowa Ave., Totowa, NJ 07512.  Majestic Builders NJ LLC, was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541453, citation number 1 , item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 182 Plainfield Ave. Berkeley Crossing Ii., Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922.
