29 CFR  1926.100(a):At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats.   a) 502-510 Terrace Ave, Hasbrouck heights, NJ 07604: Employees exposed head hazards, with residential roofing and framing operations being conducted overhead, while employees conducting framing work on the lower level with no hard hats, on or about 7/14/22.  The Majestic Builders NJ, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526026, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 380 Communipaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07302.
