29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a. 14 Lane Ave. Caldwell, NJ  The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities working from a welded tubular frame scaffold platform were protected from falls as sections of the scaffold were missing guardrails and employees did not utilize personal fall arrest systems thereby exposing worker to an approximate  30 foot fall hazards. Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards of more than 30 feet to the ground while performing residential construction acitvities from a JLG aerial lift without any means of fall protection as  employees did not utilize a fall harnesses with a lanyard attached to the basket.  Violation occurred on or about 12/02/2022  b.
