29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):(1) Unprotected sides and edges. (i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: On or about April 5, 2022, employees are seen on video being lifted up by a forklift, approximately 10 feet in the air with no fall protection. Employees have to go up there to make repairs to the air lines. The employer has not provided fall protection for those employees. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements in 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
