Condition observed on or about 04/12/22.  b- Foundry Boulevard, Mount Holly NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to an in excess of 8 feet 10 inches to the floor below, when securing floor trusses onto a commercial structure's second floor wall top plates while walking and working from a different wall's top plates without the use of fall protection.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
