29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Worksite was located at 1798 West County Line Road, Lakewood, NJ 08701 Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately fifteen feet from the upper elevation to concrete and the ground below while they erected perimeter guardrails without using fall prevention or protection to prevent falls to the next lower level. Violation was observed on or about May 11, 2022.
