29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about: January 9, 2023 Location:  147 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ 07932  a) Employees were exposed to an approximate 47ft fall hazard while framing roof on four story residential building with no fall protection system.  Green Master Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605545, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 250 North Bradford West Chester, PA 19382.   Green Master Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1604517, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on January 26, 2023 , with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1467 Claremont Ct Millsboro, DE 19966.  Green Master Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600152, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 460 Route 22 The Ridge at Readington Building 2 Whitehouse Station NJ 08889.  Green Master Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1601964, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on December 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1, 2, 3, and 4 Loganberry Development 1128 Barney Jenkins rd. Felton DE, 19943 .
