29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o). a) On or about April 14, 2022, at the previously addressed inspection site, pulleys of the capper machine less than seven feet from the work platform were not fully guarded exposing employees to in going nip point and amputation hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
