Bustos Framing, LLC, a predecessor to L & B Framing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563539, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1893 Carter Landing Boulevard, Lot 90, Jacksonville, Florida.  Luis Fernando Bustos-Guzman, a predecessor to Bustos Framing, LLC and L & B Framing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1285206, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3040 Lucena Lane, Jacksonville, Florida.
