29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):  Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Building 661:  On or before May 05, 2022, in the follow locations, appliances and other electrical equipment were plugged into power taps and/or extension cords and were not used according to listing and labeling instructions.  a) Shipping and Packing work area:  A Whirlpool refrigerator and a Walmart Microwave were plugged directly into a relocatable power tap. b) ASD Break area:  Avanti and Hamilton Beach microwaves were plugged into a relocatable power tap. c) ASD employee desk:  A Keurig coffeemaker was plugged directly into a relocatable power tap. d) TARP work area:  multiple pieces of electrical equipment such as StraPack Strapping Machine,  PACK Handheld Portable Heat Sealer, Sealed Air NewAir I.B. Express Instant Bubble Roll Machine were plugged into the same relocatable tap.  e) ATAC work area, employee desk:  A heater was plugged directly into a relocatable power tap.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.
