Condition observed on or about 05/11/22.  c- 65 Autumn Park Drive, Medford NJ: One worker was exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 19 feet 6 inches when accessing and egressing a residential structure's third story floor to/from the unprotected interior stairway opening.  Condition observed on or about 05/11/22.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
