Tapco Tube Company; Yoder M3 tube mill -  On or about  5/3/22,  signs were not posted to caution employees to not wear gloves while feeling the parts for roll marks.  Additionally, signage was not posted to caution employees to only feel the pipes on the outfeed side of the rollers.  b.)  Tapco Tube Company; Yoder M3 tube mill -  On or about 5/3/22,  signs were not posted to caution employees to not place their hands on the inside/infeed side of the rollers and to only place hands on the outfeed side of the rollers when feeling pipes.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
