29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1):The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  a)  On or about September 2, 2022, the employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation below had been abated:  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or before May 19, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees of HAC Roofing LLC were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities. Employees were not protected with fall protection systems.

Employees of HAC Roofing LLC were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities. Employees were not protected with fall protection systems.  HAC Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449710, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/20/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 21157 Saddleback Cir., Parker, CO 80138.  HAC Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358473, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6493 Killarney Ct., Aurora, CO 80239.  HAC Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264540, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/05/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5025 Lowell Blvd., Denver, CO 80221.  HAC Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1172573, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5386 Barnstormers Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80911.  HAC Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1172491, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1130 Modell Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80911.
