29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior, HAC Roofing, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that sub-contractor employees, were safe from fall hazards while they were conducting re-roofing operations at a single-family residential home by conducting effective frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite by a competent person.
