29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 1926.59: The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Employees engaged in framing activities at the Evo Townhomes jobsite located at 187th and Maple Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska, were exposed to potential chemical exposure hazards in that a written hazard communication program was not developed. Employees at the jobsite used hazardous chemicals, which included but not limited to SF-450 Heavy Duty Construction and Subfloor Adhesive. These chemicals can cause eye and skin irritation if contacted.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 1926.59: The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): Employees engaged in framing activities at the Evo Townhomes jobsite located at 187th and Maple Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska, were exposed to potential chemical exposure hazards in that safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used by the employees, which included but not limited to SF-450 Heavy Duty Construction and Subfloor Adhesive, were not maintained at the jobsite. These chemicals can cause eye and skin irritation if contacted.
