29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Employees engaged in framing operations located at 10226 South 130th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68138, were being exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not train employees on the hazards associated with working at elevated heights. This was most recently documented on or about February 15th, 2024.

On or about February 15, 2024, Employees engaged in framing operations were being exposed to fall hazards on the jobsite located at 10226 South 130th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68138, in that multiple employees were observed working at heights greater than 6ft without fall protection. New Generation Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1604890, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 18601 Emmett Court, Elkhorn, Nebraska, 68022.
