29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: The employees engaged in framing operations at the residential construction location 18601 Emmett Court, Elkhorn, Ne. 68022. Employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun and saw while installing decking on the roof and was exposed to eye hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employees were engaged in framing work when conducting on a residential structure at heights greater than 6ft. This was most recently documented on or about June 28, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 18601 Emmett Court, 68022 Elkhorn, Nebraska. The exposed employees were standing on the finished OSB of the residential second level structure at heights over 6 feet subjected to fall hazards and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
