Diversified Coatings Inc dba Allegheny Coatings ; Plating shop/barrel line area - On or about 5/27/22 and times prior thereto: Employees worked with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, sodium hydroxide, diacetone alcohol, and muriatic/hydrochloric acid. Employees did not have access within the immediate work area to a suitable eyewash/shower station.
