29 CFR 1910.165(b)(2):The employee alarm could not be perceived above ambient noise or light levels by all employees in the affected portions of the workplace: a.) Diversified Coatings Inc dba Allegheny Coatings - On or about 12/14/2023 and at times prior thereto, the evacuation alarm for employees in the dip spin/spray booth departments cannot be heard by employees working in the Pamlico and Plating Departments. Employees were not cognizant of the air horns in the Pamlico and Plating Departments and one of the air horns was missing by the exit door.
