29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) a. On or about July 21, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, above Twenty-Five (25') feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. The Star Roofing and Siding, Inc. was previously cited for a similar violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331773, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5240 - 42 Dr. Martin L King, Jr. Drive, in Chicago, Illinois.
