The employer ( Victor Blanco) does not ensure that employees were adequately protected from fall hazards while conducting roofing work activities. The violation was most recently observed at 4446 Bellow Drive, Lorain OH 44053, where employees are not protected from a 25 feet fall to the ground below. To abate this hazard the employer must ensure that his employees performing roofing work are protected from falls, and no employees are allowed onto a roof more than 6 feet high without adequate fall protection.
