29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees working at West Santa-Fe St. & N Overlook Str. Olathe, Kansas 66061 engaged in trenching operations were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet in that they were not provided fall protection. Employees securing fencing to prevent falling objects while suspended in a Spoil bucket being used as a personnel lift were exposed to fall hazards in that they did not have fall protection
