OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and/or crushed-by hazards.   Warehouse: A racking system in aisle f-28 was used with a damaged column and cross brace to store pallets of bottled water. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.  Pepsi Guam Bottling was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), for damaged storage racks which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538513, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Rojas Street Harmon Industrial Park Tamuning, GU 96913.
