29 CFR  1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end.   a- 60 Hamilton Court, Pennsauken NJ -  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of  23 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking and working surface extended up to and in excess of 5 feet beyond its support/pole. Condition observed on or about 10/06/22.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
