(a)Isles at Bay View - On or about October 21, 2022, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard in that, two employees engaged in residential roofing activities were using harnesses and lanyards connected to temporary anchor points that were not properly installed and exposing employees to an approximate 11 feet 4 inches fall to the ground.
