29 CFR 1910.212(a): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  Pin Setter Area: On and/or before October 18, 2022 employee(s) walked past the pin setter machines to service them during times of operation. The side(s) of the machines located at walkway isles were not guarded. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to unguarded moving machine parts and/or amputation hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  Kitchen Backroom: On and or before October 18, 2022 the employer permitted chest freezers to be stored directly in front (within 36 inches) of the electrical panel(s). This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  Snack Bar: On and/or before October 18, 2022 Employee(s) used the TYURBOCHEF oven to cook pizzas for consumer consumption. The powercords exterior sheathing was pulled from the terminal joint (strain relief) exposing the inner insulated wires.  This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electric shock and/or fire hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(i): Portable cord and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) were not visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence of possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket):  Pin Setter Area: Employee(s) used the shop vacuum to clean. The Master Craft Vacuum (Shop VAC) had damage to the outer insulated jacket and the inner wires were spliced together.
