29 CFR 1926.502(d)(14): Ropes and straps (webbing) used in lanyards, lifelines, and/or strength components of body belts and body harnesses were not made from synthetic fibers: Road-facing roof edge, at gutters: Employee was tied off to a small roof support beam with natural fiber rope attached to the Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS) harness. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: Road-facing roof edge, at gutters : An employee conducting gutter repairs was wearing a Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS) that was tied off with a natural rope that would not prevent a free fall of more than 6 feet. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
