29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Napoleon Spring Works, Inc. located at 111 Weires Drive, Archbold, Ohio, 43502, on or about November 3, 2022, employees operating the track bending machine, Bender #21, were exposed to crushing and amputation injuries in that pinch points created by the machine's hydraulically powered clamping mechanism and swing arm were not guarded.   b) Napoleon Spring Works, Inc. located at 111 Weires Drive, Archbold, Ohio, 43502, on or about November 3, 2022, employees operating the ARB Hinge Machine, were exposed to crushing and amputation injuries in that the pinch points created between the carriage blocks and the pneumatically powered push bars that advance the carriage blocks to the next station were not adequately guarded.
