29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: On or about November 17, 2022 and at times thereafter, the employer did not obtain annual audiograms for all employees exposed to noise levels above an 8-hour time weighted average of 85 dBA while working in the rollform and press departments. Noise dosimetry showed: a) An employee operating the 2.25-inch strut line was exposed to noise at 90.02% of the permissible daily dose as measured over 410 minutes of sampling. This dose is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA exposure of 89.2 dBA accounting for the period of 70 minutes unmonitored. b) An employee operating presses was exposed to noise at 130.8% of the permissible daily dose as measured over 426 minutes of sampling. This dose is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA of 91.9 dBA accounting for the period of 54 minutes unmonitored.
