29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a)DakotaView Construction, LLC at 7700 South Brett Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to November, 25, 2022, the employer did not initiate or maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment made by a competent person. Subcontracted employees were conducting framing operations on a residential property and exposed to various hazards to include, lack of fall protection, improper ladder usage, uncertified forklift operations, and lack of training. This condition exposed subcontracted employees to falls, struck-by, and training hazards.
