29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) S Harrison Street and Oak Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19805 (Intersection): On or about January 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to no signs visible to the public while traveling on S Harrison Street (South) Oak Street (East) to assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to water main installation work. Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they performed water main installation work and did not comply with Section 6G.03 of the MUTCD. b) S Harrison Street and Oak Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19805 (Intersection): On or about January 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to no signs visible to the public while traveling on Oak Street (East) to assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to water main installation work.
