Hazard noted on or about 01/17/23 The Kenvil United Corp DBA Kenvil Steel, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1339256, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/18, with respect to a workplace located at Doylestown Hospital 595 W State St Doylestown, PA 18901.
